Anastrozole belongs to the group of enzyme inhibitors that block the biosynthetic processes at the target site. Anastrozole Meditech contains anastrozole, which is an aromatase inhibitor. The aromatase enzyme acts as a positive catalyst in the synthesis of estrogens and thus the drug possibly blocks the biosynthetic pathway of estrogen production. It also contains lactose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 300 and titanium dioxide.
DOSAGE
It is advisable to take 1mg of Anastrazole Meditech every day with or without food.
